Common Heat Pump Problems We Fix

Heat pumps are durable systems, but like any mechanical equipment, they can develop issues over time. Our licensed technicians are trained to diagnose and repair:

• Insufficient heating or cooling

• Frozen outdoor unit or coils

• System short-cycling or not turning on

• Thermostat or control issues

• Strange noises or reduced airflow

• Electrical or refrigerant problems

Whether your heat pump is making strange sounds or failing to maintain temperature, we’ll get it back to full performance quickly and safely.

When to Call for Heat Pump Repair

If you notice any of the following signs, your system may need immediate attention:

• Your utility bills have increased unexpectedly

• The unit is blowing air, but not heating or cooling properly

• The system runs constantly or turns off too quickly

• The outdoor unit is frozen in mild weather

• Unusual sounds like grinding, hissing, or buzzing

Don’t wait for complete failure. Catching these early can help prevent costly breakdowns and protect your investment.
