We replaced our old furnace with a new Trane Furnace from Schwantes Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., and we love it; and we highly recommend Schwantes for the job! We received friendly, professional service from Tim Bachmeier, who did an excellent job of going over options, explaining differences, and setting things up! He said the crew would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and leave around 2:30 pm, and amazingly they did! The crew did an excellent job of installing the furnace, then walked us through the instructions and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. The new furnace runs very quietly, and we now have even, constant heat throughout our house (no more cold or hot spots). We had also purchased the Trane Humidifier and Trane Clean Effects Air Cleaner and feel they were a very worthwhile investment. I no longer get zapped after walking across the room.

I replaced my furnace in 2009 and A/C in 2013. I met with several contractors and I chose Schwantes both times. Our sales person, Tim, was very easy to work with, very patient, positive, and explained the different options we had. He listened to our situation and took it into account when offering his recommendations. I did not feel pressured as he did not try to push us to purchase more than what we needed. The installation went smoothly both times. The installers were professional, courteous, and left the area very clean. The new furnace and A/C work very well and I have noticed the difference in my bill as a result of going with the high efficiency models. I am overall very pleased and I would highly recommend Schwantes.

As far as my wife [and I] are concerned, Schwantes is top shelf people. They are courteous, informative and very considerate; also very professional. Mike came out to fix our AC. He was super professional and efficient. Was very clear about what was going on and what he needed to do to get it up and running again. Would recommend there services to others!

This place was great! Got a few quotes and they match or beat many others. Super quick and top notch installation. My service tech Pat went way above and beyond fixing issues with my furnace when he was here to install a new AC.
