Comfort Club Premier Efficiency Program

Mechanical systems, including heating and cooling solutions, eventually break down, and replacing a major HVAC component can leave you with thousands of dollars in unplanned repair bills.

The best way to manage repair costs and extend the longevity of your HVAC system is to invest in regular maintenance and schedule check-ups ahead of the heating and cooling seasons. Our Comfort Club program makes regular maintenance affordable and accessible to everyone, taking the stress out of scheduling tune-ups.

HVAC repair costs can start at $100 for a new thermostat or expansion valve, but it’s common to see repair bills exceed $2,000 for new coils, a new compressor, or a new furnace. Failing to repair your HVAC system can worsen the issue and cause unnecessary wear and tear on other components, resulting in a higher repair bill. Running an HVAC unit that isn’t in optimal shape can also significantly increase your energy bills.

With our Comfort Club program, our mission is to offer preventative maintenance and keep your HVAC system in optimal shape to prevent costly repairs. We’ll prepare your system for the season change, look for issues, and implement fixes before the problem worsens and results in high repair bills. Plus, keeping with seasonal maintenance is often a requirement if your HVAC system is still under the manufacturer’s original warranty.

Prior to the Heating Season:

  • Burner Ignition Systems: We will clean the burners, flame sensor, and other ignition components.
  • Combustion Analysis: We will perform a combustion analysis, including a carbon monoxide test, and check and adjust incoming gas pressures to ensure optimal combustion efficiency.
  • Wiring Inspection: When the wiring isn’t done correctly, it can cause issues for your furnace, so we’ll ensure they’re all in the right place and working as they should.
  • Air Filter Check: A dirty air filter can make your furnace work harder, so we’ll check it and ensure it works properly.
  • Safety Testing: Your safety is our top priority, so before we leave, we’ll test the furnace to ensure everything is working well and running safely.

Prior to the Cooling Season:

  • Checking coolant levels.
  • Cleaning the condenser coils on your HVAC unit.
  • Replacing filters if needed (customer must provide the filter).
  • Check and clean drain lines.
  • Testing electrical connections.
  • Check the blower motor, fan blades, and other components for signs of wear and tear.
  • Administer overall system performance test.
